WWC73 - Gail's Clean & Simple "Summer" Theme Challenge

Summer Soltice arrived on Monday and "Summer" is officially here.  Yay!   When I think of summer, I think of lots of sunshine, beautiful flowers blooming, and most of all "Ice Cream".   I cannot go by an ice cream store and Not go in.  It is almost feels like a magnet draws me in.   Say "goodbye" to the calories, just enjoy the moment.  At least that is what I tell myself.   My card shows an excited little chick who loves Ice Cream too!  I had a lot of fun making this card and thinking of all my favorite flavors.  LOL!

Watercooler Wednesday WWC72 - Jean's Color Challenge

I wasn't sure if I would be able to enter this challenge as I had no In-Colors.   I had placed an order last week, but was waiting for it to come in.  It came in the nick of time.  Bless UPS for prompt deliveries.   I love the Flowering Fields stamp set and decided to watercolor the flowers and use some of the card stock to create my card.  I used all five colors.  The colors and the names are awesome!

WWC71 - Heidi's Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge

This week Heidi Weaver is bringing you a fun Tic-Tac-Toe challenge.  We hope you're inspired by the choices in the Tic-Tac-Toe boxes.  Those who love techniques will find one or two that could be included.  Those who enjoy special event cards will find choices for those, too.  We've tried to include a little something for everyone.  Just remember, this is like the tic-tac-toe game:  you can pick three boxes in a row, going horizontally, vertically or diagonally.  Your choices are what you will use in creating your card.  We hope you'll have fun playing along.

How exciting is this?  This will get your creative juices going and presents excellent challenges.  I must have changed my ideas...several times.   I used the left hand side square and went diagonally down to bottom right square .   So, my card is for a birthday, tons of bling (which I love), and my big shot using a die-cut.  I used Dazzling Diamonds Glitter paper underneath the die cut image.

Watercooler Wednesday WWC70

Thank you very much for the Honorable Mention for this challenge.  I am posting it with PRIDE.   Thank you Design Team for all the wonderful comments.  I appreciated them all.  It gives me a lot of inspiration and challenges me to greater creativity.

My challenge card this week is using the Stamp set "Pedal Pusher".  When I was placing my order a month ago this is the stamp set that I wanted from the Sale-A-Bration.  They were all gone!   When I was down at the coast, my wonderful sister, gave it to me.  Thank you Penny! Also welcome to the design team!
With past and present in-colours and the Wildflower Fields dsp it really turned out great.
