WWC47 - Marsha's Color Inspiration Challenge

Thank you again for the Honorable Mention for my posting in this Challenge.

The photo and color swatch for our challenge are from Design Seeds.  This is a beautiful inspiration from Marsha for this week' challenge.  I used most of  the colors on my card, but could not fit in the water droplets in my scene.  In my scenic view of the trees there is a beautiful full moon which makes the trees shimmer and glow in the moonlight. This was accomplished using Versa Mark and Clear Embossing Powder.

Close Up:

 Inside View:

Cardstock:  Basic Black, Smokey Slate, Whisper White, Pool Party, Night of Navy
Ink:  Pool Party, Smokey Slate
Stampsets:  Scenic Season, More Merry Messages
Misc:  Versa Mark, Heat gun, Clear E.P., Swiss Dots E.F., Oval Framelits, Corner Rounder, Dobber, Dimensionals

Thank you for visiting my blog.  I would love if you left a comment of two.   Have a great week!     Heather :)

  1. Hi Heather, beautiful card! The close up, especially, gives a hint of how amazing it must look in real life. The moon is such a great idea, having it shine on and illuminate those embossed trees. Nice job continuing the stamping inside with more of the blues which are part of this colour inspiration. Thanks so much for sharing your card for our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge.

  2. Wonderful card, Heather! I like the way you combined the colors. Thanks for joining us at Watercooler Wednesday Challenges.

  3. Hey Heather, it's wonderful that you are becoming a regular watercooler girl! This is a beautiful card and there is nothing more elegant than embossed Christmas trees. Thanks so much for joining our challenge.

  4. What a beautiful card Heather. I bet it's even more awesome in real time. Have a wonderful Christmas and keep on joining these challenges!
